Blitzkrieg <Blitz> of Leviathan is recruiting for a fresh, skilled HC/MC progression oriented raid group. WARNING: This is a new group forming within the FC. If you are looking for a pre-established group, this is not it.
What we're looking for:
Players who are exceptional in their raid roles and actively seek optimization, as well as communicating with their raid group. This means:
Tanks- Proper CD rotations, ability to adapt, aggro management and stance dancing at opportune times to maximize dps.
Healers- High raid awareness, ability to pre-cast heals/shields/buffs as needed and stance dance to provide additional DPS if required.
DPS- Proper cooldown rotations to maximize dps during openers and throughout fights. Proper use of raid wide support buffs at ideal times. Ability to adapt quickly to mechanics and pop proper mediation when needed.
